The past few years have brought a lot of change to both the business and the culture of Green Flash Brewing Co. It’s hard to believe that just a year ago we relocated to our Mira Mesa brewery and have since more than tripled production.  What a whirlwind, and the momentum is JUST getting started!   We’ve been busy for sure – and our blog has been on the back-burner…

But we are back with tales from Behind the Flash, our new blog dedicated to bringing you the low-down on everything you probably never even knew you wanted to learn about the culture of Green Flash Brewing Co.  Because it’s not just about making great beer!  At Green Flash we are excited to have developed a culture – both internal and external that is just as much a part of who we are as the beers we make.

We’ll take you behind the scenes with regular updates and pictures that examine just what happens Behind the Flash and explore the lifestyle of our company, beer, employees and customers – a look at Green Flash’s dynamic past, exciting present and promising future.  You’ll meet our talented brewers and staff members, get the scoop on our favorite recipes for food and beer pairings, be introduced to the regulars who visit the Green Flash Tasting Room, learn more about Chuck’s creative process for crafting our beers, get sneak previews of new Green Flash gear coming in for our online & on-site shop, discover the lowdown on our favorite food trucks as reviewed by staffers and friends, take virtual brewery tours with our tourguide, be the first to know about construction and expansion updates and SO much more. We may even introduce you to our favorite canine customers (did you know our brewery is dog friendly?).
