Green Flash Supper Club w/ The Smoking Goat

First of many beer dinners at the brewery!

Join us at the brewery for the first of many Beer Dinners!  This month we’ve teamed up with the North Park gem The Smoking Goat for a 5 course foodie extravaganza plus appetizers on arrival.

Each course is paired with a different Green Flash Beer and guided by Tasting Room Manager Dave Adams and The Smoking Goat team.

 Reception: Belgian Blonde

Hors d’oeuvre

 

First: Trippel

Maine Day Boat Scallop Tartar - Blood Orange, Pink Peppercorn, Sunchoke Chips & Frisee 

 

 Second: 30th Street Pale Ale

Crispy Beef Tongue -  Taleggio Fonduta & Southern Greens

 

Third: Rayon Vert

Mushroom & Barley Risotto - Duck Prosciutto, Red Grapes & Grana Pandano

 

Fourth: Grand Cru

Grand Cru Braised Lamb Belly-  Cauilflower Puree, Grilled Escarole, Persimmon & Pumpernickel Bread Crumbs

 

Fitfh: Candela

Candela Rye Ginger Bread Cake w/ Date Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce

 

Reception: 6 – 6:45pm

Dinner: 6:45pm

Tickets are $55 for all five courses and beer pairing and are EXTREMELY LIMITED!
