GABF - GREEN FLASH WINS BIG!

Two GOLDS and one SILVER!

Last week, at GABF - Green Flash scored big in three highly competitive categories: Le Freak took GOLD in the American Belgo category, a GOLD was presented to Trippel in the Belgian Style Abbey Ale category and a SILVER medal was awarded to Silva Stout in the Wood-and Barrel-Aged Strong Stout category.

The wins are the 1^st AND 2^nd Gold medals awarded to the brewery at GABF and top off a total of nine awards that Green Flash has won at the Festival over the past ten years. Green Flash is best known for crafting hoppy IPAs as well as for taking a distinct and award-winning approach to reinventing classic Belgian and barrel-aged brews.

Over 4,000 entries were submitted to this year’s GABF from 666 breweries nationwide – 16 were awarded to San Diego breweries, with Green Flash leading the pack in overall mid-size brewery wins for the region.
