DESCRIPTION:On Monday November 10th\, the Green Flash Tasting Room will be open to celebrate the release of the brewery’s 12th Anniversary Ale\, a dry-hopped American Sour Pale. This special anniversary beer release is limited\, unlike any beer produced by the brewer. The Green Flash 12th Anniversary celebration will also feature: · \n12 other RARE Green Flash brews tapped (one-day-only)  Brewer-led Tours (Brewmaster Chuck Silva and Head Brewer\, Erik Jensen will guide brewery tours)  Limited Edition 12th Anniversary Glass Available (while supplies last) Mastiff Sausage Co Food Truck On Site ·  Cheese Sampling from Venissimo \nAbout the 12th Anniversary Ale: To make the 12th Anniversary American Sour Pale – the Wort is soured in the kettle with Lactobacillus and then boiled with Mosaic\, Nugget\, and El Dorado hops. After fermentation with California Ale Yeast the beer is then dry hopped with the same three hops selected for fruity complexity. The result is a mild sweetness with prominently quenching lemony tartness and a uniquely complex fruity aroma. The creators of this beer are a Green Flash Genius Lab Team: Chris Weber\, Fletcher Hillebrand with Brewmaster Chuck Silva.
