Beer and Cheese Pairing at Cellar 3 – 11/13/15

Come share a beer week tasting with Green Flash/Cellar 3 and The Patio Restaurant Group. Exclusively paired by the experts. Choose from 5 different beers to compliment 5 unique cheeses.

1) Green Bullet with Vlaskaas
5-month aged pasteurized cow milk from Holland, nutty, caramel, creamy paste.

2) Blanc Tarte with Fiacco di Capra
Italian goat past., tangy, creamy, grassy, rich.

3) Natura Morta Plum with Saint Albray
Brie style French, puts plum on a pedestal with earthly mushroom underpinnings.

4) Flanders Drive with Saint Agur
French double cream blue, aged 2 months. Salty, tangy, smoky, and decadent. Plays up the smoky vinegar with sweet and sour tang.

5) Divine Frumento with Delice de Bourgogne
Triple cream French Brie, salty, lemony, and fluffy, mellows out the intense bourbon, leaving a trail of caramel notes.
