In this session, REI’s Backpacking Specialist will cover how to properly pack your gear into your backpack. We’ll show you how organize gear in your pack for day and overnight hikes for both efficiency and comfort. From weight distribution to organization techniques, let us help you learn to pack your pack! Demonstration class- please do not bring your pack. Join your REI instructor at Green Flash Brewing (1209 Craft Lane, Virginia Beach, VA 23454) for the East Coast’s Hoppy Adventure Club! Each session will feature a different topic related to backpacking. Arrive early to buy a beer and save your seat. Class runs from 6pm-7pm. Ages 21+. Held at Green Flash Brewing in Virginia Beach.
