The Green Flash Supper Club is a series of dinner and beer pairings that take place in our tasting room. We partner with culinary masters from San Diego to craft five course menus that show off each chef’s personal style of cuisine and then, our Vice President of Hospitality and Certified Cicerone, Dave Adams, thoughtfully pairs the lineup with beers from Green Flash. JRDN Restaurant at Tower23 Hotel in San Diego, California draws menu and design inspiration from the California Coast. The menu explores the best of California Cuisine with hand selected, all-natural meats, the finest seafood and locally grown produce. Guest are invited to savor small plates of sushi and raw bar prepared in view behind the luxe pink glass of the jewel box sushi kitchen. Diners are encouraged to eat family style with a mix of small plates and large plates as well as traditional entrees. The recently revamped ocean view space seeks to break down the wall between the ocean just footsteps away and the upscale interior with glass walls that not only frame the legendary San Diego sunsets, but opens to bring the Pacific breezes in.
Hook, Line & Sinker. From serene lake views to cozy fireplaces, it’s #openseason at Decoy to celebrate the unexpected. Guest are invited to a peaceful lake side retreat to feast among the flora and fauna on a menu of new American cuisine inspired by the great outdoors. Entrees include an extensive selection of prime cuts as well as composed dishes, such as Braised Short Rib with saffron ricotta gnocchi, cauliflower purée, king trumpet mushrooms, kale chips and seared scallops $38 pork belly, shaved brussels sprouts, purple sweet potato purée, beurre blanc. With two dynamic floors of distinct decor and accompanying menus, diners enjoy the cool transition from a casual dockside bar downstairs to the regal lodge inspired dining atmosphere upstairs.
Doors open at 6:30 pm and dinner begins at 7:00 pm. No early entry allowed. Please arrive on time.
